Currently, life expectancy is just 60 to 65 years. But, nature has provided us with various resources that can help us stay healthy for more than a century.

Hence, here are some tips to help us keep active and live a long life.

1. Healthy Food

Eating the greatest meal is usually excellent and tasty, especially if the food contains a lot of protein and other nutrients. Good cuisine allows us to rejuvenate our minds and bodies while also providing the nourishment we need to stay strong.

  • Do not eat anything after 8 p.m.
  • Avoid eating meat after you reach the age of 30.
  • Consume fish to acquire protein and other nutrients ( you can eat at any age of your time).

2. Daily Exercise 

Our bodies are one of God's greatest gifts, and we can maintain them healthy by performing tiny and easy things every day. Therefore exercising is one of the most beneficial things we can do.

  • Running every day for at least 30 min.
  • Walking for 1 hour.
  • Doing Home work out.

3.  Resting Our Body 

We attempt to follow the money in our hectic lives, and for that, we labor day and night without stopping. Our body functions similarly to a machine. It's as though the other machine, like our body, requires rest in order to function effectively.

  •  Get almost 8 hours of sleep each day.
  • Never eat at night.
